The existing wooden deck was failing, suffering from severe rot, missing boards, and heavy moss buildup that created a significant safety hazard. Our team executed a complete demolition of the unsafe structure, replacing it with an expansive, light-toned composite deck featuring a premium picture-frame border. To elevate the design and provide elegant seclusion, we replaced the old wooden lattice with a custom laser-cut botanical privacy screen. The entire space is secured by a crisp white and matte black railing system, complete with a custom safety gate at the top of the newly built composite stairs. The result is a stunning, low-maintenance deck built to endure the elements.
